Objective: Transfer an international class motorcycle racer from Australia and NZ to the European competition in order to make the next step to the World Superbike  competition.

Stakeholders : Racer , Team , Sponsors, Bike Manufacturers, FIM

Problem statement:  Gareth Jones is a world class 21 year old motorbike racer  with exposure in Australia and New Zealand but  no fan or sponsor base in Europe.

In order to succeed in Europe he has to get exposure  and a bike fast enough to compete
